Baked Plums

A perfect topping for your breakfast or dessert. You can store them in the fridge for 2 weeks - if you haven’t eaten them before! 

You’ll need

  • 800 g. plums
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon 

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Turn on the oven at 150 degrees 
    2. Wash the plums and cut each in four pieces 
    3. Mix the plums with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon 
    4. Place them on a sheet, and give them approx. 45-50 minutes in the middle of the oven
