Very easy — ready in 5 minutes — starter or side
Melon in a salad and topped with the licorice sweetness of the bronze fennel herb? Hell, yeah!
What you need
- Half of a melon
- Bronze fennel
- 1 buffalo mozzarella
- Olive oil
Here’s how to make it
- Remove the cores from the melon and cut into equally big chunks. Cut tomatos in half. Place in a bowl
- Tear the mozzarella into pieces and add to the bowl. Sprinkle with salt & olive oil.
- Decorate with bronze fennel and edible flowers, if you have.
Serve with a slice of toasted bread and a glass of wine :)
