Melon-Tomato Salad with Bronze Fennel

Very easy — ready in 5 minutes — starter or side

Melon in a salad and topped with the licorice sweetness of the bronze fennel herb? Hell, yeah!

What you need

  • Half of a melon
  • Tomatos
  • Bronze fennel
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Here’s how to make it

  1. Remove the cores from the melon and cut into equally big chunks. Cut tomatos in half. Place in a bowl
  2. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and add to the bowl. Sprinkle with salt & olive oil.
  3. Decorate with bronze fennel and edible flowers, if you have.

Serve with a slice of toasted bread and a glass of wine :)
