recipe information for a pear crumble


  • 2 pears
  • 2 plums 
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon  
  • 15 g oatmeal
  • 45 g sugar
  • 45 g wheat flour
  • 50 g soft butter
  • Pinch of salt 
  • Sour cream for serving

How to make it 

  1. Turn your oven on 200 degrees
  2. Wash your fruit, and cut everything in slices and mix with a bit of cinnamon 
  3. Place in the fruit in a tray (remember to add a bit of butter in your tray, before adding your fruit – SMURT FORM in danish)
  4. Mix oats, wheat flour, butter, and salt nicely together to a crumble and add to your fruit
  5. Place the crumble in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes
