Let this veggie show off it's full potential, topped with amazing crunchy almonds.
The tree-like appearance, wonderful taste and great nutritional value of Cauliflower has all been part of making it rise in popularity. Everything from an ingredient in salads and stews, to an alternative as rice, people clearly love this beauty. And don't judge your cauliflower just because it has a few coloured spots, it is worth just as much as it's unspotted bretheren. If you're still worried about your cauliflower getting brown spots, then leave out washing it until you actually use it, and store it with the head facing down. This prevents moisture from forming, and keeps your cauliflowers fresh for longer.
