With Crunchy Almonds
- 1 medium – large head cauliflower
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice the cauliflower head into 1-2 cm thick steaks, from top to bottom. Place the slices into the prepared baking tray and drizzle them with olive oil, ground pepper and salt. Bake the slices for 20-30 min.
