  • Potatoes 1 kg 
  • Rosemary a small handful
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pepper a pinch
  • Chickpea flour 2-4 tbsp(other kinds of flour will work as well)
  • Oil for frying

How to make it 

  1. Peel all potatoes and grate them on the bigger side of your grater. 
  2. Remove any excess water from the grated potates and mix with chopped rosemary, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of chickpea flour. If the mixture can shape rösti’s without falling apart then its ready. If not add more flour. 
  3. Shape rösti and fry them in a good amount of oil on a pan. Serve as a side dish or top them with your favourite toppings.
