- Potatoes 1 kg
- Rosemary a small handful
- Salt a pinch
- Pepper a pinch
- Chickpea flour 2-4 tbsp(other kinds of flour will work as well)
- Oil for frying
How to make it
- Peel all potatoes and grate them on the bigger side of your grater.
- Remove any excess water from the grated potates and mix with chopped rosemary, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of chickpea flour. If the mixture can shape rösti’s without falling apart then its ready. If not add more flour.
- Shape rösti and fry them in a good amount of oil on a pan. Serve as a side dish or top them with your favourite toppings.
