Salad with Pear, Avocado and Chilli Dressing
This is a unique and interesting combination of pears and avocados that are a perfect dish for a quick and healthy lunch.

Ingredients:

200-250 g salad
-
1 avocado
-
1 pear
-
1 orange
-
4-6 radishes
Dressing:
-
1 lemon, juice
-
1-2 tbsp. syrup
-
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
-
½ tsp. chili flakes
Instructions:
Wash the vegetables very well

Cut the vegetables in small pieces and put them in a severing bowl

In another bowl whisk all the ingredients for the salad dressing
-
Taste with more syrup or chili, and make the dressing sweet or spicy as you like it

Add the dressing to the salad and top with homemade pickled onions if you want.
