Baked pears with feta cheese and pistachio

Fruit dessert with a twist

Fruit desserts are just the best and it gets really crazy when you give them a little twist. In the end, you'll have yourself and your guests be impressed with this delicious pear with the toppings you would never think could taste so good together.



  • 1 pear

  • 2 tbsp feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp pistachio

  • 2 tsp butter

  • honey

How to make it 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Chop pistachio roughly

  3. Cut pear in half

  4. Remove the seeds and make a little hole in the middle

  5. Place pear halves on the baking tray 

  6. In the little hole put just a tsp of butter on both halves

  7. Drizzle with honey, just as much as you want and depending on how sweet you want this to be. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio

  8. Then, crumble some feta and add more honey if desired

  9. Put Pears in the oven and lover temperature on 180°C 

  10. Bake pears in the oven around 10 to 15 minutes. 

  11. Serve with more pistachio and honey and enjoy this fusion of great tastes
