Creamy mushrooms and zucchini pasta

A dish the whole family will love. Try this quick and easy pasta packed with mushrooms and zucchini. Don't forget to add at the end some parmesan cheese and some fresh parsley.

  • 100g of mushrooms

  • 3 small zucchini

  • 2-3 spring onions – only the green part

  • 3-4 garlic cloves

  • a fist full of parsley

  • 2tbsp parmesan cheese

  • 250ml cooking creme

  • olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 300-500g pasta


  1. Chop the green parts of spring onions and garlic. Finely chop the parsley, slice mushrooms into thin slices, also slice the zucchini

  2. Put some olive oil and butter in the big saucepan and add the onions first, saute them shortly

  3. Add the garlic and saute it shortly on the middle fire and make sure it doesn't burn, otherwise, it will be very bitter

  4. Add the mushrooms and zucchini, stir a bit and add parsley. Season with salt and pepper

  5. Saute for 5-7 minutes and then add the cooking cream and cook for a while until it becomes creamy

  6. Cook the pasta and once it's cooked just add and combine with the mushrooms and zucchini sauce. Don't forget to add at least tablespoons of parmesan cheese

  7. Serve with some leaf salad and more parmesan cheese.Serve and eat while still warm
